When you generate beehives by planting a tree by a flower, sometimes the beehive is generated so that the entrance is pointing towards the tree trunk and the bees can't get out. You have to cut the trunk where the beehive is located so the bees can leave.

You can confirm this bug in seed -462117441 at coordinates 130 70 -40. The pictures attached above show before and after I turned the nest around.
