when i try to combine level 3 unbreaking and fortune pick with level 3 unbreaking and fortune and level 4 efficiency pick i should get a level 4 unbreaking and fortune and efficiency pick instead i get a pick with level 3 unbreaking and fortune and level 4 efficiency is this a bug or did something change and if so when
