Ore textures not updating to 1.17

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?

because I think that since the ore textures weren't updated back then It was showing the old ore texture

Yes I deleted it even though I can still apply it. When I deleted it and I tried to join my world it said 'this will install the texture update pack to your Playstation 4 system' and then I clicked download and when I joined the world I had the new textures
