spawn witches

Does this bug still appear in 0.14.3? Please respond.

Please reopen. This bug still occurs in 0.15.8.

Actually, witch huts have never spawned ONLY witches. It's always been bugged ever since it came out.

If your witch farm does not spawn any mobs I'm pretty sure that's a consequence of MCPE-12422.
