Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use elytra and spam clicking firework flying toward a Nether Portal
2. When you get to the Nether, break the portal to see a firework that doesn't move or despawn.
Observed Results:
Firework doesn't move or despawn.
Expected Results:
Firework should be despawned.
