Water is no more transparent

Water 8s no more transparent through any transparent block it's texture has also changed I cannot see through water it acts like it's a solid untransparent block and when I dive into the water it looks normal I checked if this was happening because of the texture packs I used but it didn't I made a vanilla minecraft world and still the same problem at first 1 or 2 days after the official caves and cliffs update part 1 everything looked normal but 1 week before I noticed the bug my axolotl tank was not visible from the inside it has been days since this problem occurred please fix this problem.
