Drowned do not apply vertical knockback to the player when dealing melee damage

actually this bug has existed in the game for quite some time. it seems that drowneds, when performing a melee attack on the player, do not apply any vertical knockback. This issue also persists when using legacy knockback rules. https://streamable.com/q0iyy0
