[MCPE-13344] Multiplayer Game and Broadcast to LAN settings are disabled

When going into my game settings Multiplayer Game and Broadcast to LAN are disabled. I looked at these settings on my ipad from the previous version and was able to adjust them. Now you can't.

It's greyed out, which means you can't turn it off or on in-game. It's not a bug. It's an added feature in 0.14.0.

The same thing happened to mcpe version 1.9.0.2 on my Android i going to world edit and check multiplayer LAN it is activated but as soon as I enter my world it turns itself off
