[MCPE-13363] The fly up and fly down buttons don't hide when hovered on

When flying and the fingers hovers the fly up or fly down buttons, they don't hide but make the player fly up or down depending what button is being hovered over

This is likely a setting on your device where holding your finger above the screen, but not touching it, is interpreted as a touch.
