[MCPE-133641] Going through blocks when climbing a ladder

When a player is climbing a ladder into a 1x1 block hole and tries to go in the opposite/sideways direction at the right time, the player's head goes into the solid block

Update: it only happens sometimes, after restarting MC the bug no longer occurs
