[MCPE-134014] Lava and water do not mix to form obsidian or cobblestone

I survival in Minecraft seed -839534764. I mining in the cave and found lava. I place the water from water bucket. But, what's happen? Lava and water do not mix to form obsidian or cobblestone. Why Minecraft is still bugging?
