dlc listed only 25 in marketplace

tried list:
1.restart windows10 or 11
2.delete LocalState\premium_cache folder

from screenshots, sort type is low to high.

i want to download all free dlcs(except rtx).
maybe, i'll find free dlc which i have never downloaded before in marketplace.
