I have been running around for over a hour trying to find a cave that is not underwater because I can't breathe underwater. I haven't found one not even a trace so I'm unable to get any resources or progress really because I will just drown if I try to get any resources.
please fix I want to continue

This is also an issue with MCPE, however it seemed that all surface Caves generated with water, but when digging down I was able to find Caves not flooded with water. But deepslate didn't seem to be generating properly.
