has_damage value: fatal does not work with armor on

when we kill players with our kill counter pack enabled (wich works via damage sensors in the player behavior) the player with armor equipped will get killed multiple times even though the player is still alive. most likely this happens because the has_damage, value: fatal filters do not account for the extra armor protection points.
this will cause the player to register a kill every hit after the normal player's health without armor equipped would be surpassed.
