Bee hives not spawning on new worlds or old worlds plz fix

Ever since the 1.16 update me or my friend cant find bee hive's why is that?

just grow a oak sapling next to a flower. it has a 5% to grow with a hive on it.

Seed -1147845945 has a bee nest at -2678 65 -707. Bee nests were made significantly rarer in 1.16, so it can take some time to find them.
