My animals and hopper mine carts are disappearing!

I don’t know how this is happening, but when I leave my world then come back, my animals and hopper mine carts are disappearing, and one of the animals gone includes my super rare pink sheep I found right next to my base. The only animal I have left is my chicken for some reason.. All my animals were named and in a pen so they clearly shouldn’t have despawned. Also, I have 2 pumpkin farms under my base that have worked perfectly fine until recently where one of the 2 hopper mine carts randomly disappear. I think it’s due to the most recent snapshot, so hopefully this can be fixed. Thank you
