/fill Command not Working!

I wanted to fill in a few blocks to help speed up my build, and I put in the command and it did nothing. I made sure I had actually pressed “Enter” to send the command, but it didn’t do anything. No error message, nothing. It was like I never sent the command. What’s going on?

Hello sorry for the very late reply lol

It seems like the cause of the problem is that the /fill command doesn't work at unloaded chunks
