When you rename an enchanted bow it costs more than 30 Level instead of 1 or 2, except you repair it also

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)? Also, have you previously repaired this bow for a lesser cost?
