When attempting to travel home to the overworld from the end I consistently die upon entering the end portal, and then my game gets stuck on a loading screen with the words "generating world"
The only way I have found to continue playing after encountering this glitch is to close the game completely and reload, at which point I spawn at whichever bed I last used in the overworld minus all levels and without the items I was carrying when entering the portal. It's extremely inconvenient.
