So, when I entered The End again and entered the portal to return to the original world, I died again and the situation was the same. I think it's probably a bug, but if you keep going, you won't be able to return even if you enter The End, so please take action. Also, I wonder if the item can be recovered, and it was displayed that the cause of death fell from a high place.
