Pufferfish do damage in Peaceful difficulty

Pufferfish can damage you in peaceful mode.

You get to a minimum of 19 health (9 and a half hearts) as you regen quicker than it damages you.

I remember reading that this is intended and not a bug

No I believe it's only llamas that do damage on peaceful but that is actually only in Java.
