[MCPE-135628] So basically im on 1.17.10 with caves and cliffs ON and bedrock is at 5

It is very weird... the only thing that could be the problem is the world was copied so caves and cliffs could be on.

You have to enter new chunks you haven't ever loaded, as existing chunks won't be altered.
