Clouds render at sea level when playing on 1.17.10 with experimental features turned on (I am using "defined PBR" RTX).

It turns out to not be an issue with the clouds, but with weird terrain generation. It's a world I generated in the 1.17 Beta and am now playing on 1.17.10 (the terrain has been lowered 128 blocks putting the previous sea level where the new clouds generate.
Could you provide a copy of the world? If the world is too large to attach to the ticket, you can upload it elsewhere and then share the link.
