I play on xbox one, I've been playing on my mothers realms server and she has seen things that are disappearing like she had a horse its gone, compared sheep gone, villagers poof. Not sure whats happing haven't had any issues before. Its strange cause she was playing alone

Does MCPE-21416 describe your issue?
Note that as you state that this is on Xbox One, this is therefore a Bedrock Edition issue, not a Java issue, which is for Windows/macOS/Linux only.
