AddOns tools and armor stop working in the game

For many months I am creating AddOns for people, giving my best, today, 22/07/2021, was released 1.17.20. 23, I updated and I saw that had the new feature of the AddOns blocks appear in the creative menu, I really liked this new feature, I was testing with an AddOns of mine that added blocks, I entered the map with the AddOns and it was true, but the tools and armor were bugged (usually they stay in 1 each slot), I selected in a slot of mine and, besides being invisible and not working as I did, it was 64 in the slot(1 pack), and the armor too, the items, mobs and blocks were normal(and their functions too), the armor I did not wear, the tools that performed functions did not perform and the armors, in item form, were like 3D items

I play more on mobile (expecifically on Moto G30), but, a few days atráz before the 1.17.20. 23, someone was testing my AddOns on Windows 10 and the same thing happened, and it is not with my AddOns, I installed an AddOns that a Brazilian made, which adds the warden and things of Archaeology, and the items with functions of this AddOns were also bugged, I put 3 prints of a test AddOns mine(do not mind if you have something in Portuguese, I am Brazilian), one print I show that it does not have the name that I put, only the ID appears, the other shows the helmet area, and I created a test helmet, and it was not there, it was in Nature(and bugged, without icon and occupying 64) and the other print is the helmet that I just held and it became a 3D item and without texture(that black and purple texture error).
I hope you can fix this, because many creators of AddOns must be going through this when creating tools and armors, not only on Android that happens on Windows 10 also (I put Android because I could only put a digital platform), I hope you have understood what I said because it is my first time reporting a bug, I await the fix and today's version is fine and only this bug that I found
