[MCPE-136450] On my brothers Minecraft world, everytime he leaves the end, he is on half a heart, and if he dies there all of his stuff is gone

Everytime my brother leaves the end to go back to the overworld, he is on half a heart and sometimes dies and loses everything he had on him no matter what world he is playing on or what place he has his spawn set at
