[MCPE-136762] If a repeater runs into a monostable it won't work

Make a monostable circuit and add a redstone repeater to the anywhere in the redstone line. If you do, it won't work.

I described this bug years ago. Is a duplicate of MCPE-52738.

I was already thinking of being left alone.
