Whenever a player jumps in a two block tall space or tries to walk through a one block tall opening, their head gets stuck in the block and the player starts suffocating. But this does not happen with transparent blocks like leaves, in which case the player juts phases through. When a player's head is stuck in a block, they stay there for one second, then they can either walk through or if they jumped, they fall down.
