When creating a raid farm farm on Bedrock edition, banner men are not spawning. I have gotten regular pillagers to spawn hundreds of times. This is affecting me on one of my servers but not the other. Seed is 1710163524
I have visited other outposts as well and spawn rates of banner men are near non existence.
