friend cant join me

so me and my friend want to play minecraft together i send her invite it first worked but now she just takes too long to join i see her avatar in the game but she just cant join she even logged out of her accaunt and loged back in nothing works i can join just fine i dont know what is happening other server of mine are working just fine we are using the taiga village seed we made so much progress i dont know if the server is broken or beacos she took a picture with the camera
