When using the replace component of the /fill command with tile data the command ignores data provided
Steps to reproduce:
have an area with certain color concrete you want to replace and others you do not
run the command
fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~1 ~ ~1 concretepowder [\"color\":\"black\"] replace concrete [\"color\":\"blue\"]
Result
All concrete blocks are replaced
Expected result:
only the blue concrete should be replaced
Attached is a Gametest for both Stable and for Beta, using the new format.
Affects all game versions & platforms.
