Basically title, I traveled thousands of blocks in a survival world in the new experimental caves and cliffs option and all I could find were flooded mega caves, found one small dry one, I think the newly generated “spaghetti” version. Thank you!

I have noticed this. I think the relative sea level code was implemented incorrectly or not at all.
