Parrots in a boat cannot be harmed

Parrots in a boat cannot be harmed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a boat

2. Spawn a parrot

3. Push the parrot into the boat

4. Hit the parrot

Observed Results:
The parrot does not take damage. If a Fire Aspect weapon is used, the parrot catches fire but still does not take damage.

Expected Results:
The parrot should take damage.
