I am playing on 1.18.3 and I am having the same issue as the person who originally reported the issue. I will play on my world for a few hours and make progress and then, when I hit save and quit, I get stuck on the "Saving world" screen. This has happened multiple times to me and I even let it stay on that screen for almost two hours and still lost all of my progress.
