Incorrect particle texture when block broken

When breaking a block, sometimes, some particles take the texture of the block next to the one you are trying to break, instead of the block that was actually broken. For example, if you have Oak Wood Planks next to Stone, and you break the stone, some particles will occasionally take the texture of the planks.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place 2 contrasting blocks next to each other (i.e. Oak planks and stone).

  2. Break one of the blocks.

Observed result
When breaking a block, some particles will match the texture of the other block. This is more noticeable if the blocks are placed on a ceiling or above you.

Expected result
The particle texture should match the block that was broken all of the time.
