Text To Speech Not Working, Only Text To Speech UI. When I Turn On The Screen Reader For Chat In Minecraft, It Dosen't Work On Everywhere I Join With, So It's A Bug Because It's Not Reading The Chat Please Fix It.

Why Is My Screen Reader For Chat Is Not Working When I Type A Text And When I Try To Make It In Read The UI It Works But A Little Anoying. If I Can Show A Recording I Can But, I Can't Upload It Here It's Not Possible There's No Upload A Video Type Of Thing.
