Custom Blocks Are Completely Broken For Clients

Any blocks that use custom geometries or lighting are completely broken for clients. (Other players who join see update texture blocks and no lighting effects)

• Geometry is now fixed for the host but clients geometry and lighting is still broken

• Lighting is still broken for clients but now geometry is broken for both clients and host (see MCPE-139667)

Steps To Reproduce:

• Load any pack with custom blocks using the new block features

• Observe that they are broken for clients but not for hosts

Expected Results:

• Custom blocks work properly for clients
