Whenever I leave the nether it brings me to a location about 100 blocks away than from the original portal that is already linked up to it. When I spawn at the location it just brings me there and there is no nether portal at the area where I spawn. Please help. Thanks

What are the exact coordinates in each dimension where you enter the portal and where you exit?
