Diamonds do not generate at all in the new betas, I mined out 10 chunks and there were 0 diamond. And I’ve also strip mined for 1 hour and have found no diamonds. I believe this is a bug, since diamonds do generate when caves and cliffs toggle is turned on and they do not when it is turned off.
