When i activate the chat narrator and i or any player send a message on the chat, the narrator doesn't speak this message or others chat messages.
Steps to reproduce:
active the narrator in game
send a message on the chat, or wait what another player sends a message on the chat
Observed results:
The narrator doesn't speak any chat message
Excpected results:
The chat narrator speaks all chats messages
NOTE: This issue also affects the version 1.17.10
