[MCPE-138825] There is an error with the items that we hold in hand

When playing with Steve's arms model, the items are bugged, they are seen somewhat far from the player's first-person gaze, the shield does not appear in the first person if you do not crouch this,It makes me feel unprotected when playing Minecraft survival, could you please review it
