Dying Going through the end portal back to the Overworld

When I break my bed next to the End portal to reset my spawn point, then go in, it's all normal, but once I immediately go back to the Overworld by entering the portal, my character dies and I lose all of my stuff.

No, it was in 1.17.10 where this bug happens, but I for some reason couldn’t add that.
