Won’t let me sigh into my Microsoft account

When I press the button to sigh into my Microsoft account It sits there forever and never loads.Its not because I haven’t made an account.Before it would tell me to go this sight and put in this code put in the username and all of that but it doesn’t do anything now.I can’t play with any of my friends now.
