after creating experimental survival worlds on xbox and on my windows 10 laptop, every cave generated in bedrock version on both platforms using the caves & cliffs experimental settings come completely submerged on almost any y coordinate in each world and diving through these caves further before dying I can see the gigantic stalagmites on the cave surfaces that give away that these structures should not be filled with water.
