When importing a world through a .mcworld file and entering the world I noticed the clouds were clipping through the ground. Checking the coordinates it seems the entire world has been moved up from the normal ground level way up to the cloud height. Furthermore when venturing into undiscovered areas the world generates at the correct height. The images below should give a better idea. Further testing of other imported worlds seem to have no issues.
