Me and my friends, on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, have experienced an issue that we have agreed over calls we would like sorted ASAP as it is really frustrating as we can’t gain achievements or play on servers. We open Minecraft, and select ‘sign into Microsoft account’ and it says to visit the following website:https://aka.ms/remoteconnect and enter a code, so we do it, close the window as said, and the pop up on screen. We are then left with something that says our account name, so we close that and what remains on our screen is is the cave screen spinning continuously, which whenever happens we have to close minecraft and restart it. Then we have to sign in again or just not be able to access severs or gain achievements. We get really annoyed and this request comes from me and my friends, when I ask for this to be resolved ASAP.
