[MCPE-139952] Smelting into hopper gives no XP

Removing smelted items directly from the hopper or a chest fed by the hopper give zero XP.

All uncollected XP appears to be given when smelter is broken with a pickaxe.

Issue has been replicated with all ores and food items tested.
Issue has been replicated in multiple worlds.
Issue has been replicated with a blast furnace smelting into a hopper.

You need to remove the item from the furnace output slot to receive the experience.

Ugh, I was half afraid you were going to say that.
Have I completely lost my marbles or did XP used to be given from the hopper or chest, back in the day?

I am 90% sure you will confirm that I am, indeed, sans marbles.
