[MCPE-14006] Cauldron Hitbox/Block Area

Entities, mobs, and player cannot stand in cauldrons.

Steps to recreate:
1. Place down cauldron
2. Fill with water/potion (optional)
3. Drop item, spawn mob, or stand on cauldron center
("M" button is for a toolbox mod)
