[MCPE-140091] Bell makes incorrect sounds when placed

When placed, the bell should make sounds of placing an anvil, but it makes sounds of placing a stone.

Steps for reproducing

1. Take bell and place it

Expected result: when placed, bell emits sounds of placing an anvil

Heard result: when placed, bell emits sounds of placing a stone

i experimented a similar isue with avesting honey it uses the sond of a wather bucket on v1.18.2

In 26.10, it makes anvil sounds now, so this can be closed as Resolved now.
