[MCPE-140175] Minecraft (Win10) stops responding when changing virtual Desktops

Reproducer

1) Add a virtual Desktop

2) Open Minecraft

3) Log into game

4) Switch virtual Desktop (Ctrl-Win-Right)

5) Switch back (Ctrl-Win-Left)
